The Adult Work Training Program (AWTP) assists Muckleshoot Tribal members in the development of basic job-readiness skills, adult basic education, and life skills, introducing concepts that promote employment in any work environment.

Introduce pathways to tribal employment opportunities through community assistance programs and on-the-job work experience.

Participants are provided training workshops that support individual career exploration, develop learning plans, and offer assistance with career-related challenges.
