Mission:

The Health and Wellness Facilities Department maintains a superior physical environment in support of the overall mission of the Health and Wellness Center. We provide resources to maintain the facility in a professional, safe, and hygienic manner in all areas of operations. Essential utilities are delivered without interruption and mechanical systems and equipment operate safely, accurately, and in a reliable manner. Project design and construction management services are provided in conjunction with outside professional consultants. Projects are delivered within scope, quality and cost constraints.
